The XYes Bot serves as the official communication link between users and the XYes platform. By utilizing the XYes Bot, you agree to the processing of your personal data. You also confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and at least 18 years old.
By using the XYes Bot, you commit to the following:
Maintain only a SINGLE XYes account.
Adhere to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions, and all other relevant platform documents and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Acknowledge that XYes assumes no responsibility for:

Interruptions or malfunctions in software or XYes Bot services;
Transmission of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components;
Any losses or damages resulting from the use of services available on the XYes website.
Confirm that by accessing the XYes platform through the XYes Bot, you are required to comply with all platform regulations and adhere to the Terms and Conditions.
Recognize that you must fulfill the KYC and AML requirements of the XYes platform and all other obligations as a XYes user.
Acknowledge that after registering via the Telegram bot, you will have access to the XYes platform and enjoy all rights and responsibilities associated with being a XYes user.
Take responsibility for verifying the legality of using the XYes Bot and XYes.com in your jurisdiction, and you should not use them if doing so is illegal where you reside. If in doubt, please seek independent legal counsel.

Recognize that these Terms, along with the XYes Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and other rules of the XYes platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and XYes regarding the use of the XYes Bot.
Acknowledge that XYes reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its discretion. You will be notified of such changes by updates on our website, along with a revision date at the end of the document. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website or communicated to users. Your ongoing use of the XYes Bot signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
