Bonuses activation
To activate a bonus, you must make one deposit relevant to the required amount. You must make two separate deposits of the required amounts to activate two bonuses.
Each bonus has a minimum deposit amount, maximum bonus amount, time for activation and time to complete wagering requirement, as well as a maximum and minimum bet, specified in the bonus details pop-up.
Each bonus has an expiration date, specified on the bonus card. Usually, there are 30 days to activate the bonus. You can activate, use, and wager for a bonus before it ends. Bonuses are automatically canceled if the user does not activate them on time. After the expiration date, the bonus balance will be reset.
Welcome bonuses will be credited to the main balance, and users can immediately use the bonuses to place bets on the casino, live casino, and sports without the need to unlock the bonuses
When activating the welcome bonus, it means you accept the wagering requirement conditions for the bonus. The wagering requirement refers to the amount that the customer needs to wager after activating the bonus before being able to request a withdrawal
The bonuses that do not require a deposit, such as non-deposit Free Spins, Cash, and Sports bonuses, are activated by claiming them and clicking the appropriate button on the bonus card.
Welcome Bonuses can’t be activated if you receive funds from other accounts or tips because multi-accounting is prohibited. To activate the bonus, make a deposit from the external wallet.
Welcome Bonuses
Welcome Pack consists of three Welcome Bonuses, available for activation with three separate deposits.
Each Welcome Bonus includes two bonuses: Welcome Deposit Bonus and Welcome Free Spins.
Each Welcome Bonus has three deposit ranges to qualify for the corresponding Deposit Bonus percentage and a specific quantity of Free Spins with a determined bet amount.
The minimum deposit needed for these bonuses is specified in the bonus details pop-up.
Activating the Welcome Bonus means the user receives the corresponding percentage of the Deposit Bonus and the corresponding quantity of Free Spins.
To use Welcome Free Spins, you need to click on the “Make Spins” button. You will be directed to the game to play the Free Spins.
If you cancel the Welcome Deposit Bonus after receiving it, this will result in the loss of the corresponding Welcome Free Spins bonus, regardless of its status.
Wagering limitations
The wager of the bonus balance is not included in the total wager of the account and does not affect the progress in raising the Rank of the account.
A wager made from the bonus balance cannot participate in any promotions, casino Tournaments, or Battles.
Bonuses ( Weekly Bonus, Weekly Sport Bonus, Monthly Bonus) and Staking payouts are not accrued to the bonus balance wagering.
All referral bonuses are calculated only from bets which were made with the main balance.
It is forbidden to use the bonus balance to cheat the reward system. These actions will be considered fraudulent.
It is prohibited to abuse any game rounds, Free Spins, any cumulative bonuses, and bonus games while playing with bonus funds. Any abuse of the above leads to blocking of the account with denial of services and confiscation of funds.
If this violation is detected Xyes.com reserves the right to take appropriate measures, up to the complete blocking of your account and/or confiscation of the winnings.
It is forbidden to hold the main balance in a multi-round game, sports betting and play on the bonus balance at the same time. Bets on bonus funds are not included to the Jackpot and Auction pools.
To win the Jackpot, a bet can be made from the main and bonus balance at the same time, but bets made only from the main balance take part in the Jackpot draw and calculation of the jackpot amount.
The player can independently reset the bonus balance. All funds on the bonus balance and the amount in unfinished bets will be reset without the possibility of recovery Xyes.com reserves the right to reset the bonus balance and refuse the user to receive bonuses in case of fraud. Resetting the bonus balance is considered a reduction of less than 0.01 USD.
In case of loss of all bonus funds, the bonus/bonuses will be canceled in the relevant currency. If the bonus balance amount is enough for only one bonus while two are activated, then one of them will be canceled.
Upon cancellation or expiration of the bonus offer, the funds remaining on the bonus balance will be debited.
If you have activated bonuses on your balance, all of them, without any exceptions, will be canceled after any withdrawal of funds in the currency of the bonus from your Xyes.com account.
With an active bonus for a particular currency - all the above restrictions apply only to this currency. There are no restrictions for other currencies, and any actions on them will not affect the bonus.
Xyes.com reserves the right to cancel any accrual of any bonus in case of suspected violation of these rules or any abuse of the system by the user.
Xyes.com reserves the right to block any account suspected of violating Xyes.com platform rules or abusing the Xyes.com bonus system.
Attempting to circumvent the rules and conditions of bonus withdrawal will be considered a fraudulent abuse of bonus offers. If the rules violation is detected, Xyes.com reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including the complete blocking of your account or the confiscation of funds won by dishonest means.
Xyes.com reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel any payouts or winnings associated with bonus funds in case of suspected abuse of bonus offers.
Xyes.com reserves the right to limit the issuance of bonus offers without explanation and prior notice
