Tap to open Safari on your phone's desktop.

Use the Safari Explore app and go to XYes.com and tap the Share button.

Click Add to Home Screen.

Press "Add to Home Screen" in the list pop-up to add it to your Home Screen. You may need to swipe left to find the "Add to Home Screen" button.
